SHIPPING POLICY
Products are generally shipped using deliveries common in the United States USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Unless otherwise noted, most items will use a service that features a tracking number that allows customers to track their delivery while en route. The specific amount of time for each delivery will vary by the service, location, etc. Customers will be notified by email how long a specific delivery will require.
Cancelation Policy
All sales are final. Once the order is placed, it can not be canceled. Make certain that what you order is exactly what you want. If you have any questions about an item, please contact me at support@chrishilbig.art, and I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

Prices and availability of products sold on this website are subject to change without notice. On rare occasions, there will be errors in regard to stock levels and/or pricing. Chris Hilbig Art will not be held liable for those errors.
Payment Policy
All payments are handled by our payment processor is Stripe. (Stripe operates through the WooPay payment system.) Stripe handles all major credit and debit cards. (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JBC, Discover, etc) At this point in time Chris Hilbig Art offers no other means for payment.

On occasion, I will run special promotions outside of this website. Those promotions have their own terms, conditions, and policies. Please reference the information posted on those platforms.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, this is in reference to art reproductions, please get in touch with support@chrishilbig.art or utilize our Contact Page immediately. You will have the option of either receiving a refund or a replacement. If you happen to receive a damaged original painting, you will be offered a return shipping label for an immediate return. You will receive a full refund and will not be charged for return shipping.

- Customers in the UK and EU are entitled to refunds on physical products (original art and reproductions) in accordance with their respective countryβs laws.
- To qualify for a return, customers must contact Chris Hilbig Art within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, these costs will be refunded once the item is received and inspected.
- Restocking Fee:
- A 5% restocking fee, based on the purchase price of the item, will be applied to all returns.
- Damaged Reproduced Art:
- If reproduced art is damaged during delivery, customers have the option to receive either a refund or a replacement.
- Original Art Conditions:
- Original art must be returned undamaged to qualify for a refund. If the original art is damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- Digital Downloads:
- All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, as these items cannot be physically returned.

How to Initiate a Return
